The item must be unused and unworn.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition as it was received.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.

Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
Once verified, We may offer a replacement depending on availability and issue type.
Replacements for defective items are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed and are being processed. We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so changes may not be possible after submission.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@milarose-jewelry.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If your package is lost in transit:
• Please contact our support team with your order number and tracking details.
• We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
If a package is refused at delivery, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, a £9 deduction will be applied to your refund to cover administrative and shipping costs.
