Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, limits, or replaces any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
Mila Rose Jewelry aims to describe all Products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color, appearance, or packaging may occur due to screen settings, lighting, production, or supplier changes.
All prices and product information shown on the website are subject to obvious errors, typographical mistakes, and accidental omissions.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not always reflect the exact size, finish, or color of the delivered Product.
All offers are subject to availability.
The Agreement is concluded once the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation from Mila Rose Jewelry.
Mila Rose Jewelry reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a reasonable ground to do so, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, supply issues, or incomplete payment.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, any amount paid for the unavailable or cancelled portion of the order will be refunded.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges that may apply in the destination country.
For orders shipped outside the country of dispatch, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
Mila Rose Jewelry is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs caused by customs procedures or unpaid import charges.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Mila Rose Jewelry is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, public holidays, peak periods, weather conditions, force majeure events, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
If a Product cannot be delivered or is substantially delayed, Mila Rose Jewelry will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and offer an appropriate solution.
Where tracking is available, Mila Rose Jewelry will send the customer tracking details by email after dispatch.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Mila Rose Jewelry is not responsible for failed delivery or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Mila Rose Jewelry offers a 30-day return period from the date the customer receives the Product, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, the Product must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned if worn, opened, tampered with, or not in resalable condition, unless the item is faulty or the customer has a non-excludable statutory right.
The customer must contact info@milarose-jewelry.com before returning any Product and include the order number and reason for return.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
This return policy applies in addition to any mandatory statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or return rights that apply under the customer’s local consumer law.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, Mila Rose Jewelry will review the case and, where appropriate, provide a remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Once the returned Product has been received and inspected, Mila Rose Jewelry will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to an error by Mila Rose Jewelry.
Mila Rose Jewelry may reduce the refund amount if the returned Product shows signs of use, wear, damage, missing parts, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature and characteristics of the Product, where such reduction is permitted by law.
If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect Product, the customer must contact Mila Rose Jewelry as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs and the order number.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights the customer may have if a Product is faulty, not as described, not of acceptable quality, or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, legal warranty, or other right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Where local consumer law grants the customer rights that are more favorable than these Terms and Conditions, those mandatory rights will prevail to the extent required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mila Rose Jewelry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss resulting from delivery delays beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, death caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
All content on the website, including text, images, branding, logos, graphics, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Mila Rose Jewelry and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Mila Rose Jewelry aims to respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection law in the customer’s country, state, province, or territory of residence applies and cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law requires that the dispute be brought before another competent court.
